Working @ CureVac: FAQ
Please do carefully consider the role you are applying for and tailor your CV accordingly. It’s important to clearly and concisely present all your relevant skills, experience and training.
It’s always advisable to include a cover letter. It complements your CV and makes your application more specific to the role. The letter should describe specifically how you meet the requirements for the role; it is a real opportunity to show why you feel the role would suit you. The information that you have provided in both your CV and cover letter will be used to review your application. No other documentation is required at the application stage.
We will review your application and check how well your CV and cover letter match the requirements of the role. If we think that you may be suitable for the role, we will invite you for a phone/WebEx or face-to-face interview.
If you are invited for a face-to-face interview, we will schedule meetings for you with a number of CureVac colleagues to give you the opportunity to get to know CureVac as a company and to ask any questions you might have. During the interview we also evaluate together the possibilities of cooperation and further discuss the process.
CureVac is commited to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination for all employees and qualified applicants without regard to a person’s race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, marital status, or any characteristic protected under applicable law. Any applicant requiring an accommodation in connection with the hiring process and/or to perform the essential functions of the position for which the applicant has applied should make a request to the recruiter or hiring manager, or contact the company’s personnel representative if you need assistance completing any forms or to otherwise participate in the application process.
